The Bushwacker truck was a polygonal based model designed by Gay Lawrence and Valerio Ventura and modeled by CG artist Andrew Schmidt using Wavefront Software. Above is an example of a hiddenline removal printout. This is created by assigning sections of polygons into various smoothing groups so it would render out as line work which would better integrate with the rest of the 2D film.

The above image is a color model print out from a CAPS color model station. The hiddenline removal printout was transferred electronically into CAPS where colors and RGB values were assigned that would get transferred to shaders for use in Renderman software.
